饮食障碍(尤其是过度饮食)导致的超重、肥胖不仅增加了患“三高症”的风险,还削弱了个体的执行控制功能和认知加工能力,进而引发心理健康问题,给个体的日常生活和健康带来严重影响。
已有研究表明,肥胖和饮食失调者在前额叶认知控制神经环路上存在缺陷,根据Heatherton的自我调控的平衡模型,前额叶的冲突监测和抑制控制能力遭到削弱,打破了前额叶-皮质下环路的平衡状态,是导致个体饮食控制失败的关键因素。神经影像研究也表明:前额叶背外侧(DLPFC)激活越强,个体越倾向于做出健康饮食决策。由此可见,前额叶是饮食控制神经环路中的核心节点。
